I have almost 30 years’ experience working within International and US square mile law firms in the City of London, as well as commercial and legal recruitment experience.

I have enjoyed a varied and interesting working life, but my legal career began working for a lovely law firm in London’s Lincoln’s Inn Fields, followed by a couple of years spent in a fee-earning role in the Midlands. I decided to return to London in 1990 and joined a couple of wonderful law firms, where I remained for the next 19 or so years, progressing to Managing Partner’s PA and Team Leader with a team of 12 secretaries.

I then met my husband and moved to the beautiful Worcestershire countryside where I took a slight change in direction, working as the Executive Assistant to the Head of an Independent all girls’ boarding school, before returning to my home county of Buckinghamshire five years later to commence my recruitment life!
