Where are we?
Our headquarters are based in High Wycombe, and we have excellent local knowledge and proven success recruiting across the Greater London area including Central London recruitment, and recruiting in Kent, Maidstone, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

Our Managing Director
Anthony Dean, Simpson Dean’s Managing Director, has a distinguished track record and in-depth local knowledge, having worked in senior roles in professional recruitment agencies in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Kent for well over a decade.
His 30 years experience in the recruitment industry have given him a deep understanding of the need for creative recruitment approaches, results-focused, and personalised recruitment solutions.
The right candidate can come from anywhere, and Anthony centres his approach to recruitment around developing promising candidates and maintaining excellent levels of engagement to retain high-potential applicants. His own first job was as an office junior in the early nineties! He started out supporting the recruitment for a menswear and womenswear firm before moving into both recruiting for (and delivering large scale events within) the London music scene and record industry for nearly a decade. Here, he honed his unique talent for developing lasting relationships with his clients.
Since 2006, he’s worked in management and director roles in the recruitment industry until founding Simpson Dean – driving change and focusing on creative recruitment experiences based on his core values of honesty, integrity, and championing ethical recruitment practices.
