An exciting new Receptionist role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a dependable, organised, and client-focussed person to be first point of call for our clients pharmaceutical business. The role is to start by the end of April, with the option of temporary to permanent. The client is looking for a Permanent Receptionist that can start immediately.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
Responsible for opening office Greet and check in all visitors on the booking system Manager all inbound calls, distribute mail and monitor reception mailbox to book meetings and provide support Health & Safety representative for office, including being fire warden and first aider Manage refreshments for meetings and tidy afterwards Ensure kitchen area is clean and items are fully stocked Manage stationery and consumables stock control Taking on ad-hoc responsibilities as requiredWhat if I don’t have all of the above experience?
An ideal candidate for this Receptionist role will also be considered if you have transferable skills from the below sectors

The successful candidate for this Receptionist role should be organised, presentable, and possess excellent telephone etiquette. You must be confident communicating across all levels, as you will be the first point of contact for all queries. You will ideally be able to take initiative, stay organised, and have a positive attitude. Working hours are 8:30 till 17:30, Monday to Thursday, with a negotiated early finish Fridays between 16:00 and 17:00.
