Due to recent investment and company growth, a new Machine Operator role has arisen in our clients' business. We are seeking a Machine Operator with experience operating a range of paper enclosing machines to join the team and contribute to production. A positive work environment is our client's priority, so the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in Direct Mail will be essential.

To be considered for this Machine Operator, you will need the following experience:

2yrs experience within a Direct Mail production team is essential

Excellent communication skills

Team player

• Perform quality checks on each job
• Liaise with Operations to ensure KPI are met
• Supporting team and promoting positive environment
• Promote clean and safe working environment

The successful candidate for this Machine Operator role will be enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude. You will be trained on other machines within the production department, so you must have a desire and willingness to learn. You will be joining a lovely team who are always happy to help, so ideally you will be someone with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Excellent communication skills are required as you must be able to liaise across teams to ensure completion of tasks. Shifts will be rotating double-day shifts; 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday.
