Based near Birmingham
Full-Time/Permanent
Due to investment and company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finishing Operative to join our client's business. We are seeking someone who has been exposed to a range of standard finishing equipment, such as Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers. Experience in Direct Mail production team is essential.

What do you want from me?
To be considered for this Finishing Operative role, you will need the following experience:
- 2yrs experience within a Direct Mail Production team is essential
- Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
- Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services
- Computer Literate

Working towards target-driven Performance Indicators Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready Working autonomously and taking a proactive approach to tasks Identify areas of improvement to enhance departmental efficiencyTransferable skills:

The successful candidate for this Finishing Operative role will be enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude. You must be able to take initiative and work to deadlines autonomously. You will be joining a lovely team, so the ideal candidate will be someone with a positive outlook who is happy to help others where necessary. High level communication will be essential, as you must be able to liaise across teams to ensure completion of tasks. Shifts will be rotating double-day shifts; 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday.
