An exciting new Junior Customer Service Executive role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Executive to report to the Senior Client Services Manager on a day-to-day basis. The Junior Customer Service Executive role is a junior role in the team where a real focus is needed on training and development to bring that individual up to Client Service Specialist standard, so this role has progression

Adopt working practices briefed by Senior Client Services Manager Escalate issues and offer up solutions to problems Work with Sales Team to develop great customer relationships and play an active role in the ongoing client relationship. Direct client contact. Communicate critical paths to clients and internal teams to manage expectations Drive product innovation Help build client knowledge centreWhat if I don’t have all of the above experience?

For the successful candidate to excel in this fast-paced environment as a Junior Customer Service Executive, you should have experience within a customer facing role where you enjoy providing a proactive service with a "client centric" approach. An interest in marketing and retail would be a benefit, as would a natural flair in creativity.
