An exciting new Accounts Receivable role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking an experience candidate that has worked within a finance setting for at least the past 3 years. This role is working 5 days per week for 5 hours per day with a degree of flexibility.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
- Management of Accounts Receivable system
- Customer master file and records maintenance
- Prepare and submit monthly returns and reports
- Reconciliation of allocated nominal ledger accounts
- Credit Control
- Processing staff expenses
- Cover when others within the Finance team are not present
What if I don’t have all of the above experience?
An ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable role will have the necessary experience within the below sectors

The successful candidate for this Accounts Receivable role should be able to work well within a team and remotely. This position requires the incumbent to carry out transaction recording and processing, master file maintenance and many receipt processes and controls relating to the Accounts Receivable system. The role will also provide further technical support reconciling various nominal ledger accounts, completing returns and reports and providing assistance to colleagues where necessary. The position reports directly to the Financial Controller. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems would be adventagious but not essential

- Relevant industry experience of at least 3-5 years spent within a finance department
- Good eye for detail
