An exciting new role has arisen as an IT Support team member within our client's business. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for the IT support desk.

- Supporting Microsoft operations systems
- Overseeing the IT support team's day to day operations
- maintaining the company IT network infrastructure
- troubleshooting systems and network problems
- You will ensure that the IT Service Desk system is fit for purpose
- contribute to and deliver improvements that support the continuous improvement of processes
What if I don’t have all of the above experience?
An ideal candidate for this IT Support role will have good general IT knowledge and proven leadership experience.

The successful candidate for this IT role should be able to provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to all users, both onsite and remotely. You will assist in maintaining the company IT network infrastructure, telecoms systems and other peripherals. You will assist with troubleshooting systems and network problems together with the configuration and installation of new PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other IT hardware.
