An exciting new role has arisen in Customer Service within our client's business. We are seeking an experienced customer service operative with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude.

An ideal candidate for this Customer Service role will have a proven telephone based Customer Service background. Experience of up-selling and cross selling. Target driven with excellent database management skills. Proven experience of managing high call volumes, excellent communication, oral and written skills and able to work under pressure.

The successful candidate for this Customer Service role should be able to be responsible for regularly cleansing your database and you will also be expected to carry out general administration duties associated with your role on a daily basis. Ideally you will have a proven track record in a proactive sales environment together with excellent communication skills and a high level of flexibility.
