An exciting new Planner role has arisen within our client's promotional solutions business. We are seeking an experienced Planner to manage our

clients global store programs merchandise production, ensuring products are fully stocked, making recommendations for re-orders and processing them.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

  • Familiar with eStore Content Management Systems although training will be provided
  • Ensure the quality & branding of products, that visuals on the stores are on brand and consistent globally and compliant
  • Detect stock trends and run stock reports and analyse to make recommendations for reorders, suggest fast movers to go on sale and be discontinued
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and maintain a database of SKUs with quantities and prices for re-orders
  • Process and monitor all orders on our ERP systems and ensure timely delivery into our 3rd Party Logistics, handle import/export deliveries
  • Liaise with the Operations team on deliveries to our 3rd Party Logistics
  • Ensure products are live on our E-stores within 48 hours of being delivered to the 3-PL, escalate delays to the Operations team
  • Follow warehouse booking-in procedures, work on SKU creation with our Operations team/3-PL
  • Raise fulfilment orders and manage the process with all parties
  • Track orders
  • Ensure sales invoices are raised
  • Ensure suppliers’ invoices are checked and properly allocated to projects
  • Ensure queries are raised with suppliers and request credit notes when relevant
  • Escalate to the Sales Support Supervisor issues with suppliers that you cannot resolve and fill in the Non-Conformity Report
  • Add new customer and supplier details to our ERP systems

An ideal candidate for this Promotional Merchandiser role will be able to demonstrate previous experience in merchandising.

You will also have:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks at once
  • Understand start to finish merchandise development processes
  • Previous experience in similar sector
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Excel and Powerpoint included)
  • The drive and ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
