c£25,000 per annum FTE Plus uncapped commission

Full-Time or Part-Time/Permanent

An exciting new Account Manager role has arisen within our clients business. They are seeking someone with a strong ability to manage their existing clients, and be able engage with new companies and businesses to bring in new revenue. This role would appeal to someone with a business development or sales and marketing background, some experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential, however, you will need feel comfortable calling new prospective clients.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

Managing existing client accounts Building new and lasting relationships with clients Negotiating deals with existing and new clients Updating company CRM system and logging existing and new client company details Book and attend client visits to tender for new business Promote company values Support colleagues with recruitment screening in busy periods Speculatively introduce candidates to new and existing clients Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated Travel within the working day may be required to meet with clients.

The successful candidate for this Account Manager role should be able to demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and act upon them. Someone who has the ability to break down barriers and forge good working relationships with both clients and candidates. You will need to be in a position to work from home and have access to a computer and internet (phone will be supplied). You will need to be a very organised person as you will be managing your own work load and diary to maximize your productivity. This role is about acting on your own initiative so there will be no micro managing.
