Salary £23,000 per annum plus benefits

Based near High Wycombe


An exciting new Customer Service Supervisor role has arisen within our client's business. Our clients are seeking someone who can arrange vehicle inspections with their customers and deal with all incoming calls and emails.You will need to ensure that the vehicle inspections are tailored to suit the type of vehicle being inspected and then ensure a suitable engineer is assigned to the customer.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

  • You will be dealing with incoming calls or emails and assist the customers with their specific enquiries
  • It will be your responsibility to book and allocate customer jobs to engineers
  • Also Updating the database/portals with changes and status of each customer
  • Keeping in touch with engineers to ensure that follow jobs for customers are booked in correctly
  • You will also undertake general administration jobs
  • You could be taking payments, issuing receipts
  • Dealing with customer correspondence via email and post
  • Achieve the SLA's for our existing customers

The successful candidate for this Customer Service Supervisor role should have the ability to work in a busy environment.

You will also need to display exceptional levels of customer service at all times. Going the extra mile and be a great team player.

Having experience in scheduling would be an advantage and being a focused and driven person who can lead by example within the team.

To be considered for this Customer Service Supervisor role, you will need the following experience:

  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Have worked within an office or a contact center environment
  • Excellent good telephone manner is essential
  • Have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and internal colleagues
  • You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • you will need to display a good geographical knowledge
  • Experience in scheduling is preferable
