Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£30,000 per annum OTE
Based in Central London
Full-Time/Permanent
An exciting new Graduate Recruitment Consultant role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a bright, switched on and success driven person to work for an established Recruitment agency based on the trendy South Bank in the heart of London.
Specialising in recruitment for the IT sector, our client wants to offer this great opportunity to graduates or people with relevant experience with a minimum of six months experience in the recruitment the field.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
- Being responsible for finding and engaging impressive candidates quickly and efficiently, making active use of job boards, databases, social media and the phone
- Screening candidates both over the phone and face-to-face
- Generate new business
- Creating revenue via high-end placements, to build and grow the new delivery department
- Advertising vacancies to "sell the roles"
- Attending networking events, typically on a monthly basis
- Hit and surpass targets
- Taking detailed notes on our CRM, as well as performing general administrative duties

The successful candidate for this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will have the eagerness to grow the business and earn big. The employer is looking for openness and warmth when speaking to candidates and a love of helping others, and nurturing business relationships. You will need to have a fantastic telephone manner and be articulate. Be able to conduct yourself in a highly professional manner when dealing with high end clients.
