c£20,000 per annum

Based near Berkhamsted

Permanent/Full Time

An exciting new Talent Administrator role has arisen within our client's business. We are looking for someone who loves connecting with the outside world. You will need to have an interest in technology and be able to manipulate social media, taking responsibility for talent management and client relationship. You will interact every day with your own portfolio of singers, models, actors and clients in the entertainment industry.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

  • Meet with the talent to guide them before any auditions.
  • Preparer and meet the talent to guide them before the project start.
  • Provide continuous feedback to both talent and clients.
  • Check availability
  • Chase any relevant content
  • Confirm all appointments
  • Coordinate all activities via the App, calendar, schedules, confirmation, and organise any replacements.
  • Be able to solve problems on the go as this is a face paced environment.
  • Implementing new strategies to help train talent.
  • Taking full responsibility of the talent performance.
  • Meeting with the Talent to guide them before an audition.
  • Keeping up with improvements on the client App and being able to comunicate it to the talent.
  • Identifying new job opportunities.
  • Direct Marketing Sales (sales emails to find new briefs - calls - cold calling)
  • Sending suggestions to clients, chasing, getting feedback, pushing and replacing talent.
  • Taking briefs from clients and selecting the best talent to ensure the greatest success of their project.
  • Building and maintaining relationships in the long term with clients to ensure a steady flow of briefs and opportunities for the talent.
  • Keep the database updated with appointments and jobs, invoices, notes, talent details.
  • Checking emails after working hrs, sporadically if something urgent.
