£30,000 per annum OTE

Based in South East London

Full-Time/Permanent

An exciting new Trainee Recruitment Consultant role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a bright, switched on and success driven person to work for an established Recruitment agency based on the trendy South Bank in the heart of London.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

  • Being responsible for finding and engaging impressive candidates quickly and efficiently, making active use of job boards, databases, social media and the phone
  • Screening candidates both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Creating revenue via high-end placements, to build and grow the new delivery department
  • Advertising vacancies to "sell the roles"
  • Attending networking events, typically on a monthly basis
  • Taking detailed notes on our CRM, as well as performing general administrative duties
