Based in Northampton near Little Billing

Full time role with fixed term until October 2019

£21,525 per annum (pro rata)

An exciting Purchase Ledge Assistant role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking someone with a background in purchase ledger who wants experience of working within the head office of an international manufacturing company.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

  • Registering invoices into the system
  • Process non-purchase ledger and ensure that it meets company guidelines
  • Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers to solve any issues
  • Reconciling suppliers statements

The successful candidate for this Purchase Ledger Assistant position will work as part of a team of three, to process averagely 6,000 invoices per month with around 1,200 being automatically updated via an Inter-Company EDI link.
