Customer Service Administrator
35 hour week (9am-5pm) with 1 hour for lunch.
5 weeks holiday per annum (including bank holidays)

An exciting new Customer Service Administrator role has arisen within our client's manufacturing business. We are seeking an organised person with great communication skills to fill this dynamic role.
So, what could a normal day consist of?
Respond to emails, phone calls and online helpdesk customer enquiries in relation to price requests, product information, order placement, and order queries
Prepare and progress sales quotations
Action customer sample requests
Process and invoice sales orders
Produce dispatch paperwork and manage the process of shipping customer orders with respective carriers
Maintain email and telephone contact with existing customers
Raising purchase orders and booking in stock
Order stock and stationery from suppliers
Check supplier delivery notes against invoices
Customer / supplier filing
Assist in other areas of the business as required

This Customer Service Administrator position is an interesting, varied and challenging role dealing with customers by phone, email and our online helpdesk. You will deal with inbound sales enquiries from an initial enquiry through to order processing and invoicing. Customer service enquiries include order status, after-sales technical support and product returns. With experience this role will lead to face to face customer contact in our showroom.
This is not like a call-centre based customer services role; this role offers a high degree of flexibility when dealing with customer enquiries and requires plenty of initiative to match customer requirements with suitable products and services.
