Project Administrator - Business growth

Based near High Wycombe

Full-Time - Fixed Term contract until 30th April 2019 or end of June 2019

An exciting new Administrator role has arisen within our client's business. The successful candidate will support the project manager in rolling out new funding for local businesses.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

Provide administrative support to the team Respond to enquiries via telephone and email Use the CRM system to update details Sort through postage and energy monitor returns Support the project team as required Willingness to present the organisation at external meetings Diary management and organisation of meetings

This successful candidate for this role with enjoy to work in a small dynamic team and must of had some experience of using funding to help a small business.

What do you want from me?

To be considered for this Administrator, you will need the following experience:

GCSE English - C or above GCSE Maths - C or above Experience with working on funding programs Some administration experience A good telephone manner Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Basic awareness of the support needed for a small business
