Brief two-line description of role

Our client, a non-profit business support employer, has a fantastic new Membership Sales Executive position available for someone with a strong lead generation or sales background. Working in a team, you will be responsible for identifying new business and upselling opportunities to increase membership sales.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

• Maintain a high-quality level of service whilst promoting the benefits of our client's membership packages.
• Call warm-leads to introduce new investment opportunities to decision makers
• Regularly communicate with existing clients or new applicants either by mail or phone, and helping with any queries
• Arrange meetings, workshops and attend networking events to showcase our client's product to potential customers
• Regularly review all paper records and records stored electronically to ensure that they are accurate and complete
• Engage and manage client renewals to increase retention rates

The successful candidate for this Membership Sales Executive role is expected to work for 37 hours per week and you will have 25 days holiday + benefits.

Our client needs someone who is highly pro-active and self-motivated who can effectively communicate with people at all levels.

What do you want from me?

To be considered for this Business Sales Executive role you will need:

• At least 1 years previous outbound lead generation/sales experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• To be an excellent communicator who is confident in writing and speaking to people face-to-face or on the phone
• Car driver with business insurance
• IT literate using the basic business applications and CRM’s or Databases
