I like it, tell me more!
Our client is in the process of developing a highly professional, streamlined organisation as well as working towards BAFE accreditation to help it achieve big growth ambitions in the next few years. It enjoyed strong growth last year and is on track to achieve even stronger growth this year.
Our client has an excellent reputation for customer service and for treating its customers fairly. To protect this reputation, the business asks its field team to focus on doing the right thing for the customer and delivering the highest standard of work.
There are no sales targets for engineers as our client believes this distracts the field team from the most important thing – making sure that customers are left happy!
