For over 20 years, I have consistently supported the needs of local job-seekers and employers within the recruitment sector. Within a company culture that promotes integrity, talent and a unique personal approach.

Whilst writing this introduction, I wondered whether it should it be about me or the company; I decided to speak about myself as I thought it was important that you understand my morals and the way I like to dobusiness, so here’s a little something about me:

I started as a Recruitment Consultant in London many years ago.  After some time I became very disillusioned with the recruitment industry and, as the way of working didn’t suit my style or ethics, with too much emphasis placed on hard sales and not taking into account the views of clients or candidates, I decided to leave the role and the industry altogether. 

After trying my hand in the music business, I got married and, after having our two lovely children, I soon realised that it was time to re-enter the ‘real world’!

I sent my CV to a number of agencies to pursue a new direction and was determined never to go back into recruitment. However, nearly 10 years ago I found a recruitment company that had the same work ethics as myself, so I joined them and progressed to managing the agency.

I believe that candidates and clients are just as important as each other and I do understand that there are other Recruitment Consultants out there with the same ethos... but not many!

Working in this way, I believe that I can locate the ideal type of candidates for clients as well as finding the right role for our candidates.
