Brief two-line description of role

Our Client is a distinguished Legal-500 recognised Law Firm who is known not only for their professionalism but also for the personal and friendly staff who make up their team. They are currently looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their FinTech Department on their Technology Team.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

• Composing standard terms, corporate and consumer lending, security documentation for P2P and direct-lending platforms.
• Configuring P2P and direct-lending platforms from a Regulatory and Commercial perspective.
• Arranging and preparing Mini-Bond issuances.
• Drafting regulated Commercial agreements, such as platform terms and conditions, outsourcing agreements and FinTech financial products.
• Advising on Data Privacy and Cyber Security issues and drafting Privacy Policies.

As part of the FinTech Department, you will be working at the cutting edge of finance and technology. Although you will sit in the Technology Team, you will also work closely with other FinTech Lawyers in other teams.

What do you want from me?

To be considered for this exciting Corporate/Commercial Lawyer role, you will need the following experience:

• Strong academic background
• 3+ PQE within the Corporate/Commercial Law sector
• Fantastic commercial instincts and analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation, determination and drive
